Products
What are your products made of? Plus

Ithé pieces are made from a self-glazing parian clay body, a type of porcelain. The pieces are fired three times — the highest temperature being 1220 degrees celsius. On some pieces, we paint a 24K gold lustre or a bright 99.99% clarity platinum lustre.

Most jewellery is made by assembling 925 silver findings which are either 0.5 micron gold-plated or 999-silver plated.

Our lapel pins are gold or platinum polished brass.

How are your products made? Plus

All Ithé products are hand-sculpted by our artisans, one piece at a time. Due to this process, a slight variation may occur between products. These variations are not regarded as a defect, but actually make every piece unique. Additionally, digital photos of the products may be calibrated differently, so while the colours are close, they may not match the products with 100% accuracy.

Where can I see your jewellery in person? Plus

We currently only have a physical experience centre in Pune and we are happy to assist clients and visitors with a confirmed appointment. Where are your products made? Plus

All our porcelain pieces are hand-sculpted, hand-painted and fired at our studio at Muradpur (Ratnagiri), Maharashtra.

How do I care for my Ithé product? Plus

Porcelain is a delicate material that demands gentle handling. Keep it away from hard surfaces and sharp objects to prevent damage. With the right care, your porcelain treasures can be cherished for generations. ♡

How will I know if you have received my order? Plus

When you place an order with us, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you registered with. If you think you might have entered an incorrect email address, please contact us so we can assist you.

Do I need an account to place an order with ithe.in? Plus

No, you don’t need an account to place orders on our website.

Can I cancel or modify my order after I have placed it? Plus

Orders placed and paid for are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled.

Do you accept custom orders or bulk orders? Plus

We currently do not accept custom orders for single pieces. However, if you want to inquire about customisations for gifting in bulk please write to us on hello@ithe.in or reach out to us on +91 9309527289.

Delivery and Shipping
Do you ship pan India? Plus

We work with India’s largest and most reliable logistic partners for order deliveries. In case your pin code is not serviceable with any of the logistics partners, we get in touch with you to explore other delivery alternatives. We want your order to reach you hassle-free.

From where do you ship? Plus

All orders that are placed and confirmed with us are processed either from our dispatch centre in Pune, Maharashtra or our studio in Muradpur (Ratnagiri), Maharashtra.

How can I edit my shipping address after I have placed my order? Plus

We will be happy to edit your shipping address before the order has been picked up by our courier partner. If you wish to do so, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing the order either on our email hello@ithe.in or on +91 9309527289.

How will my order be packaged? Plus

We have taken care to ensure that the product reaches you safely. All our products are individually packed in lovely boxes that not only protect the product but are also designed such that you can use them as travel boxes to take the Ithé wearable with you wherever you go.

What is the shipping fee within India? Plus

We are currently offering free shipping across India.

When can I expect my order to be dispatched? Plus

For all "Ready to Ship" products, we ship all orders within 2 working days from order confirmation and thereafter, our trusted logistics partners deliver across all serviceable pin codes within India in 6-8 working days. 

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are non-business days for standard deliveries and/or dispatches.

How long does it take for delivery within India? Plus

For all "Made to Order" products, we will communicate the time we will take to get the product/s ready for dispatch and thereafter, our trusted logistics partners deliver across all serviceable pin codes with India in 6-8 working days.

Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are non-business days for standard deliveries and/or dispatches.

We serve a high volume of orders during sale periods, and it may take us slightly longer than usual to dispatch orders. We're grateful for your patience.

We are not responsible for any operational delays by the shipping company or delays due to a natural calamity or government interventions.

How can I track my order? Plus

If you have an account with us, simply log in and head to the 'My Orders' section to track your order. 

If you have shopped as a guest, you can track the order through your shipping confirmation email or the SMS received from the logistics partner.

Returns, Replacements, and Exchanges
What is the Ithé Promise? Plus

Porcelain is a delicate material that requires gentle handling. However, we want you, our valued customer, to feel at ease knowing that if an accident were to occur, we're here to pick up the pieces. During the first year, if your porcelain piece gets damaged, you are entitled to one free replacement

To claim a replacement, first check the Ithé Promise card to check if you are still in the validity period. If the Ithé Promise for your product is still valid, you can read the rest of the instructions here.

What can I do if I receive a damaged/incorrect piece? Plus

In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received an incorrect product, you may return them in the exact way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging with all contents).

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 3 days if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not liable for any exchanges or returns that we were not given prior notification of.

You need to send us this request via email on hello@ithe.in along with necessary clear photographs of the incorrect or damaged product received.

Our QC team will look into this within 48 hours of receipt of the email and assess whether the request qualifies for a return/exchange.

Once the Return or Exchange has been authorised by our team, we will initiate the return pick up from the same address as the original delivery address and inform the customer.

Once we receive the damaged/incorrect product in our warehouse, we shall dispatch a fresh replacement of this product. In the unlikely event that we do not have the same product, we shall issue a Gift Card of the net product value which can then be redeemed by the Customer for an Ithé purchase on our website https://ithe.in.

What if the piece I have ordered does not fit me? What if I change my mind? Plus

All dimensions of the products are mentioned in the respective product pages in the “specifications” section. Please read this section to understand if the size would work for you. We will be unable to offer a replacement for a product for the reason of an incorrect size.

What is your refund policy? Plus

We offer a full refund in the unlikely and unfortunate event of breakages and/or damage in transit; or if an incorrect product has been sent to you.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements  if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the unlikely event of the order getting lost or misplaced by the shipping partner/s.

International Shipping
Do you ship outside India? Plus

We currently are shipping to the USA, Canada, UK, Singapore and UAE. 

We don't offer free international shipping. The cost of the courier needs to be borne by the customer. This cost will show up on the final checkout of your order.

While placing your order, if you are unable to make payments via our payment gateway, we also provide you an alternative to using Paypal. But Paypal has extra charges of 5% on your total order.

  1. Customs and VAT will be charged as per the laws within your country. These customs and VAT will have to be paid by you. If you are unable to pay these at the time of accepting your package, please note that the order will not be cancelled or refunded. And your package will be destroyed by the local authorities.
  2. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
  3. ITHÉ has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
  4. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
  5. We use Razorpay as the primary payment gateway. If you are unable to make a payment please contact us at hello@ithe.in.
  6. If you are unable to make payments via our payment gateway, we also provide you an alternative to using Paypal. But Paypal has extra charges of 5% on your total order.
