Refund policy

 

 

All Ithé products are handmade by our artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation may occur between products. These variations are not regarded as a defect, but actually make every piece unique. Digital screens too are calibrated differently and colours, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate.

Orders once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled. We strive to make every purchase made with us a seamless experience. We also take great care while delivering our products. If you are not happy with your purchase, here are options for return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be applicable if you receive incorrect or damaged products. In case your order is damaged in transit or have received an incorrect product, you may return them in the exact way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging with all contents).

Returns & Exchange Process
  1. Please inform us of a return request within 3 days of receipt of order. You need to send us this request via email on hello@ithe.in along with necessary clear photographs of the incorrect or damaged product received.
  2. Our QC team will look into this within 48 hours of receipt of the email and assess whether the request qualifies for a return/exchange.
  3. Once the Return or Exchange has been authorised by our team, we will initiate the return pick up from the same address as the original delivery address and inform the customer.
  4. Once we receive the damaged/incorrect product in our warehouse, we shall dispatch a fresh replacement of this product. In the unlikely event that we do not have the same product, we shall issue a Gift Card of the net product value which can then be redeemed by the Customer for an Ithé purchase on our website https://ithe.in.
  5. We are not responsible for any loss of packages by the shipping partner.
  6. We are not liable for any exchanges or returns that we were not given prior notification of.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 3 days if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

ITHÉ PROMISE

Porcelain is a delicate material that requires gentle handling. However, we want you, our valued customer, to feel at ease knowing that if an accident were to occur, we're here to pick up the pieces.

During the first year, if your porcelain piece gets damaged, you are entitled to one free replacement. 

  1. Validity - The customer is entitled to one free replacement during the 12-month validity period. Please find the validity period stamped on the front of this card.
  2. Requirements - To use the ITHÉ PROMISE, you will need to ship the entire product unit (includes all porcelain components and non-porcelain accessories ) to Ithé's registered address.
  3. Exclusions - The ITHÉ PROMISE does not cover damages to non-porcelain components, such as any metal parts of the jewellery, or partial replacements, of only the broken or damaged porcelain parts.
  4. Claiming the replacement - To make a claim, please write to us at hello@ithe.in with "ITHE PROMISE" in the subject line. Include your original order confirmation and invoice. You may also need to provide ID to confirm your details match those of the assurance holder.
  5. Shipping - Please note that the customer will need to cover the shipping costs for returning the damaged piece and for receiving the replacement.
  6. Discontinued products - If your piece has been withdrawn from our catalogue or sold out, you can choose another piece of equal or lesser value from our collection. We do not offer compensation for any price difference.
  7. Applicability -  The ITHÉ PROMISE is applicable only to products bought from our original brand website - https://ithe.in
No Refunds will be given in the following circumstances
  1. Incorrect or invalid delivery address.
  2. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  3. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier partner.
  4. Package refused by recipient.
  5. Please review our product sizes on their respective product pages carefully before making your purchase.
  6. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  7. Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
  8. If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take about 5 - 7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
