Shipping policy
1. All orders that are placed and confirmed with us are processed either from our Dispatch centre in Pune, Maharashtra or our Studio in Muradpur (Ratnagiri), Maharashtra.
2. For all "Ready to Ship" products, we ship all orders within 2 working days from order confirmation and thereafter, our trusted logistics partners deliver across all serviceable pin codes within India in 6-8 working days.
3. For all "Made to Order" products, we will communicate the time we will take to get the product/s ready for dispatch and thereafter, our trusted logistics partners deliver across all serviceable pin codes with India in 6-8 working days.
4. We are not responsible for any operational delays by the shipping company or delays due to a natural calamity or govt. interventions.
5. For all shipments outside of India, we use reputed shipping partners that will usually take around 10-15 working days to deliver products across serviceable pin codes. We currently are shipping to the USA, Canada, UK, Singapore and UAE.
6. We serve a high volume of orders during sale periods, and it may take us slightly longer than usual to dispatch orders. We're grateful for your patience.
7. We are currently offering free shipping across India.
8. If you have an account with us, simply log in and head to the 'My Orders' section to track your order. If you have shopped as a guest, you can track the order through your shipping confirmation email or the SMS received from the logistics partner.
9. We work with India’s largest and most reliable logistic partners for order deliveries. In case your pin code is not serviceable with any of the logistics partners, we get in touch with you to explore other delivery alternatives. We want your order to reach you hassle-free.
10. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are non-business days for standard deliveries and/or dispatches.
11. Orders placed and paid for are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled.
12. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
13. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the unlikely event of the order getting lost or misplaced by the shipping partner/s.
