ITHÉ PROMISE

Porcelain is a delicate material and we want you, our valued customer, to feel at ease if an accident were to occur. We are here to pick up the pieces. If your porcelain piece sustains damage within the first year of purchase, you are entitled to one free replacement.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Validity

The customer is entitled to one free replacement during the 12-month validity period from the date of purchase. Please find the end of the validity period stamped on the Ithé Promise card you receive along with your order.

Claiming the promise

To make a claim, please write to us at hello@ithe.in with "ITHÉ PROMISE" in the subject line. Include your original order confirmation and invoice. You may also need to provide ID to confirm your details match those of the promise holder.

Requirements

To use the ITHÉ PROMISE, you will need to ship the entire product unit (includes all porcelain components and non-porcelain accessories ) to Ithé's registered address.

We will accept the returned product only in its original packaging so be sure to send it the way you received the product.

Shipping Cost

Please note that the customer will need to cover the shipping costs for returning the damaged piece and for receiving the replacement.

Discontinued products

If your piece has been withdrawn from our catalogue or sold out, you can choose another piece of equal or lesser value from our collection. We do not offer compensation for any price difference.

Exclusions

The ITHÉ PROMISE does not cover damages to non-porcelain components, such as any metal parts of the jewellery, or partial replacements of only the broken or damaged porcelain parts.

Applicability

The ITHÉ PROMISE can only be claimed on the original purchase from our store. It cannot be claimed on its replacement.

The ITHÉ PROMISE is applicable only to products bought from our original brand website www.ithe.in.
